Ken held a number of senior Sales and Marketing roles before joining The Premier Pump & Tank Company in 1989. After purchasing the business in 1994, he has overseen the organic and acquisitional growth of The Premier Group of Companies (as it is now called) to its current size. Having brought the various individual organisations together as a cohesive force, Ken is enthusiastic about the future potential of The Premier Group. Keen to develop relationships with new and existing customers, he takes full responsibility for the delivery of the Commitment to Quality promise made by the business. He is an active participant in the Forecourt Equipment Federation and a member of its European equivalent CECOD.

Steve brings a wealth of expertise gained through years of experience in the forecourt construction industry. A time-served joiner by profession, he has worked on, project managed and directed everything from pump installation programmes to complete knock-down and re-builds. As a former employee of CNC which The Premier Group acquired in 2002, Steve was appointed General Manager and proceeded to grow the division with the help of his team into one of the industry’s most respected companies. He was invited to become a member of the Premier Group Board of Directors in 2004.
Gareth joined the family business straight after graduating in Business Economics from the University of Portsmouth in 1999. From making the tea, working in the accounts office and working out on site through to his current position, Gareth has worked across all aspects of the business learning it from the bottom up. He was appointed a director in 2006, and in his current position is responsible for the pipework and installation teams working from Hemel & Nottingham as well as the growing Service division.
